As part of the union's ongoing commitment to improving teacher retention, the AFT recently launched "T-Source", a new online forum that will assist educators with the most fundamental
challenges facing teachers in the classroom. T-source will provide professional resources and communication opportunities designed to appeal to newer teachers entering the profession.

FREE stands for "Federal Resources for Educational Excellence". FREE makes it easier to find teaching and learning resources fromt he federal government.More than 1,500 federally supported teaching and learning resources are included from dozens of federal agencies. New sites are added regularly.
