As part of the union's ongoing commitment to improving teacher retention, the AFT recently launched "T-Source", a new online forum that will assist educators with the most fundamental
challenges facing teachers in the classroom. T-source will provide professional resources and communication opportunities designed to appeal to newer teachers entering the profession.
